What data we process
Enquiry data. When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number if given, company details and the content of your message.
Technical log data. Delivering the website requires the hosting infrastructure to process technical request data, such as the IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL and a timestamp. This data is generated in the service provider’s systems as part of normal network delivery and security.
What we do not collect
The site has no contact forms, no user accounts, no login and no payment functionality. It uses no analytics, no visitor tracking, no marketing pixels and no advertising targeting. We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.
OVOX does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, advertising targeting or identifying users. The current application implementation contains no cookie functionality.
Browser session storage
The site stores two technical entries in your browser’s session storage so that the opening animation is not repeated unnecessarily within the same tab session. The entries contain only a fixed value, they are cleared when the tab closes, and they are not transmitted to any server. They are not used for analytics, marketing, profiling or identifying users.
Fonts and media
Fonts and media files are served from the site’s own domain. Your browser does not load them from external services, and the site contains no third-party embeds, advertisements or tracking scripts.
The Instagram and TikTok links in the footer are ordinary links. A connection to those services is made only if you choose to follow a link, at which point you leave this site and that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
Why we process data and on what basis
- Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and communicating with representatives of prospective or existing business clients
- Legitimate interest: business and client-relationship communication
- Performing a contract where the data subject is a party to that contract
- Performance of a contract, or steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into one
- Meeting statutory obligations, such as accounting obligations
- Legal obligation
- Technical delivery, maintenance and security of the website
- Legitimate interest: keeping the service functional and protected
How long we keep data
Personal data relating to enquiries is retained for as long as handling the enquiry, preparing a possible client relationship or managing a client relationship requires. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless longer retention is based on a statutory obligation such as accounting legislation.
The retention period for technical log data is determined by our service providers’ practices.
Service providers and recipients
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it for marketing purposes.
Website hosting and delivery are provided by Vercel. Depending on the category of data and the purpose of processing, Vercel may process personal data either as a processor for Salehi Solutions Oy or as an independent controller under its own data processing terms and privacy notice.

These providers may use their own sub-processors in accordance with their current data processing terms. Current information on sub-processors and processing locations is available from the providers’ own sub-processor lists.
Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Processing of personal data may involve transfers outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.

Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- know whether we process personal data concerning you, and obtain a copy of it
