This notice explains how Salehi Solutions Oy processes personal data on the OVOX website and in communication relating to OVOX services.

What data we process
Enquiry data. When you contact us through the website contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide. The contact form collects your name, company, email address and project description. Through other contact channels, we may also process your telephone number and any other information contained in your message.
Technical log data. Delivering the website requires the hosting infrastructure to process technical request data, such as the IP address, browser or device information, the requested URL and a timestamp. This data is generated in the service provider’s systems as part of normal network delivery and security.
Website analytics data. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure and improve overall website usage. The service provides aggregated information such as page views and visitors, as well as routes, referrers, country, device, browser and operating system.
What we do not collect
The site has no user accounts, login or payment functionality. It uses no marketing pixels, advertising targeting or behaviourally targeted advertising. We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling.
OVOX does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, advertising targeting or identifying users. Vercel Web Analytics is a first-party analytics solution which, according to Vercel, does not rely on cookies and does not enable visitors to be tracked across different websites.
Browser session storage
The site stores two technical entries in your browser’s session storage so that the opening animation is not repeated unnecessarily within the same tab session. The entries contain only a fixed value, they are cleared when the tab closes, and they are not transmitted to any server. They are not used for analytics, marketing, profiling or identifying users.
Fonts and media
Fonts and media files are served from the site’s own domain. Your browser does not load them from external media or font services, and the site contains no third-party embeds, advertisements or marketing pixels.
The Instagram and TikTok links in the footer are ordinary links. A connection to those services is made only if you choose to follow a link, at which point you leave this site and that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
Why we process data and on what basis

How long we keep data
Personal data relating to enquiries is retained for as long as handling the enquiry, preparing a possible client relationship or managing a client relationship requires. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless longer retention is based on a statutory obligation such as accounting legislation.
Retention periods for technical logs, analytics data and service-provider data relating to contact-form delivery are determined by the service used, account settings and the provider’s current terms.
Service providers and recipients
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it for marketing purposes.
Website hosting, delivery and Web Analytics are provided by Vercel. Depending on the category of data and the purpose of processing, Vercel may process personal data either as a processor for Salehi Solutions Oy or as an independent controller under its own data processing terms and privacy notice.
Google Workspace is used for email communication.
Resend acts as the email delivery service for the contact form and processes information submitted through the form in order to deliver the message to OVOX’s email inbox.
These providers may use their own sub-processors in accordance with their current data processing terms. Current information on sub-processors and processing locations is available from the providers’ own sub-processor lists.
Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Processing of personal data may involve transfers outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.

We update this notice when our service or data processing changes. Changes appear on this page, and the date above indicates the most recent version.
